YOUTH/JUNIOR COACHING

Coaching at all levels tailored to athletes 20 and younger. Coaches will teach fundamental techniques for the snatch, clean, jerk, and accessory lifts to help younger athletes develop proficiency and confidence in their training. Young lifters will be able to challenge themselves with a robust training program and many opportunities to compete. Lifters will have various opportunities to compete locally and qualify for national events.

BARBELL BASICS CLASS

This class is a beginner’s program designed to help new lifters of any age become comfortable with the Olympic lifts. This class ensures all lifters learn proper technique and gives them an opportunity to have fun while challenging themselves to get stronger.

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Athletes are able to schedule a 1:1 session with a Coach to address specific topics such as individual lifts, accessory exercises, and determining short-term and long-term goals.

TEAM TRAINING HOURS:

Monday – Friday: 5:00 PM – 7:30P PM

Saturday: 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Sunday: CLOSED

YOUTH TRAINING HOURS:

Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
